So you are going to have to unlearn a lot of rigid patterns, and unlearn the habits of strategic and ego-based meditation through your devotional response to Me. You will have to establish a truly self-surrendering and self-forgetting Way of life. The key word, then, is feeling. You have established rigid patterns relative to feeling and attention, and the results of this can be seen in you bodily. You are going to have to allow the restoration of life in your body and in your feeling. You are going to have to submit your attention to feeling Me and to a responsive or feeling life altogether.”
