“My Divine Avataric Word is a Form of My Divine Agency—an Extension of Myself, a Means whereby I Bless all who truly resort to Me. My Divine Avataric Word is not independent of Me. My Divine Avataric Word is not a “substitute” for Me.” --Avatar Adi Da Samraj

The Ancient Walk-About Way

“True spiritual life is not just a change in your mind. Much more than an 'inner awakening' or a 'good feeling' about everything must take place...The physical body and its energies must be literally transformed.” --Avatar Adi Da Samraj

This 4-week course examines the fundamentals of Adi Da Samraj's teachings: "radical" devotion, right life, and perfect knowledge. Topics explored in the course include:

  • Waking up from the dream of identification with the body-mind
  • Positive disillusionment with conditional possibilities
  • The devotional relationship to the God-Realizer as the ancient means for Divine Enlightenment
  • The super-physics of Divine Enlightenment
  • The human mind as "artificial intelligence"
  • Prior Unity vs. the effort to achieve Unity
  • Perfect Knowledge demonstrated by renunciation
  • The Reality-Way offered by Adi Da Samraj, which is prior to "point of view" and the "search for the Divine"

Four weekly sessions, offered in a variety of formats: classroom, online classroom, mail, or telephone correspondence. One book is required for the class: The Ancient Walk-About Way. Suggested Donation: 250 Rupees. [Reduced fees are available for students and those in financial difficulty.]
